What do HR are looking for?

To meet employers demand the thing which they look for, is
their losses, caused by poor skilled employees.

That is why they think over: will this guy behave well? Will he deal doubly and work silently on the side? Will he stay here for a long time or this is just a steppingstone for him?

Is he a moneymaker? Will he turn the healthy climate into absolute hell? Thus, the employers’ field of vision is structured internally.

They talk to applicant by across viewing and catch:

  • Skills to drive deals to the end effect;
  • Abilities to make contacts;
  • Loyalty to colleagues and owners;
  • Intelligence, energy, honesty, and ability to hold tongue;
  • The absence of demagogy
  • Ability to deal with wide audience
  • Competences
    • Some applicants still cynically reply: we need a highly paid job, but it shouldn’t be backbreaking.
