What do HR are looking for?
To meet employers demand the thing which they look for, is
their losses, caused by poor skilled employees.
That is why they think over: will this guy behave well? Will he deal doubly and work silently on the side? Will he stay here for a long time or this is just a steppingstone for him?
Is he a moneymaker? Will he turn the healthy climate into absolute hell? Thus, the employers’ field of vision is structured internally.
They talk to applicant by across viewing and catch:
- Skills to drive deals to the end effect;
- Abilities to make contacts;
- Loyalty to colleagues and owners;
- Intelligence, energy, honesty, and ability to hold tongue;
- The absence of demagogy
- Ability to deal with wide audience
- Competences
Some applicants still cynically reply: we need a highly paid job, but it shouldn’t be backbreaking.
