Vladimir, do you plan to write «Educational Blast» for universities?

1. I wrote something about universities in the same book in Chapter 10, like thesis. And also in numerous articles that will soon be made into a book.
2. I have a vision of what higher education should be like. It is radically different from the current disadvantageous system (not only here, but all over the world). Moreover, higher education can be reorganized quickly and it can be made less expensive and more efficient.
